SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard free shipping is available for all orders over $75. *In the event that the shipping fee for your purchase is more than 25% of the cost of your items you may  incur a fee for a portion of the shipping. 

    SHIPPING METHOD

    We ship using a combination of Australia Post - standard shipping and Toll IPEC for our larger parcels.
    Please provide a physical address for items (along with a PO Box if you have one as we use Australia Post for smaller parcels) as Toll do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
    Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours.

      DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

      Please double check and make sure your delivery address is entered correctly and is complete.
      Toll IPEC require either a signature on delivery
      OR
      If your premise is unattended, Toll IPEC will SAFE DROP, this means they will leave your parcels in a safe place out of view and the elements.
      Our standard practice is to SAFE DROP to avoid re-delivery fees.
      Please consider if the address is safe to leave package unattended.
      Please mention special instructions or delivery instructions in the text box 'Note to The Potting Shed Garden Tools' in the checkout page - such as 'Authority to leave in safe place out of elements and view, leave in the carport'
      OR 
      If you do not wish your package to be left unattended and require a signature on delivery please mark 'DO NOT SAFE DROP'.
      Note - if a signature on delivery is required & the premises are unattended when Toll come to deliver, Toll IPEC will charge a re-delivery fee of $19.70, as such it is advisable to ensure someone is available to sign for freight first attempt.
      Our dispatch times are typically between 2 to 3 business days.
      You will receive shipping confirmation via email when your order has been shipped along with tracking information from either Toll IPEC or Australia Post which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.

        DELIVERY PROBLEMS

        We take special care and pride in the packaging of orders our end to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. 
        Please contact Toll IPEC or Australia Post directly and quote your tracking/parcel number if you have any claims relating to a missing or damaged parcel. 
        A refund of postage and compensation up to $50 for loss or damage may be paid at Australia Post's discretion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of service available at austpost.com.au/terms.
